Anne Vanderlaan

Anne Vanderlaan (pronounced Onna) is a multicultural interdisciplinary artist with a Bachelor of Science degree in painting and drawing, and a Masters in fine Art from Goddard College. Anne was the president of Southwest Artists of Florida. She has been written about in various newspapers and has been on many television news stations for her community artwork. She has taught in a private school and also has her own Art school where she teaches all ages. Anne has been asked to judge many art fairs across the country and her knowledge of art history is exceptional. Anne has led tours through out Europe.
Anne works in various styles which include realism, portraits, landscapes, still lifes, florals, and abstract expressionism, where she attempts to use sub-conscious territory as a form of language in her paintings. She loves working in oil, acrylic, water color, and intaglio mediums. Her work hangs in galleries across the United States and Europe and is represented in Mexico by Jose Ignacio Aldama.
